Refund policy

Returns
Under no circumstances will we accept a return if you unhappy with the product or service.

If you no longer wish to maintain ownership of our work, please return them to Zenveni LLC so that we may continue to share it in our private gallery.

We strongly discourage the reselling of our work and recommend that it be donated to a local gallery, auction house or returned to our gallery.

Refunds
Under no circumstances do we offer a refund if you are unhappy with the product or service.

Shipping 
Zenveni LLC does not yet offer local pickup or delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We highly recommend using a trackable service or purchasing package insurance. There is no guarantee that you will receive your item.
