Commission Information
For commissioned artwork requests please read the following requirements

There is a minimum order amount of 300$ which does not include shipping and other fees.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% to cover the artist’s initial material costs is required upfront.
The remaining balance is due before the commencement of the commissioned artwork.

The price will be decided by the client and the artist and is based on canvas size as well as the complexity of the work.

Zenveni is currently accepting commissions on canvas with acrylic paint only.
Timeline
The estimated timeline for the project will be discussed in your commission consultation.
Follow Up
Once your submission is reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted via email on the next steps regarding your commission. Please allow 3-7 business days for our response. If you do not hear back within this timeframe we encourage you to resubmit your request or contact us directly at Contact@zenveni.com
Replicas
Each client's piece is unique. The artist does not replicate specific paintings, but is happy to create a different version of an existing painting that is similar yet unique. Keep in mind that exact color matching is not always possible with the artists technique.
Shipping
The client will pay the shipping costs of artwork from US to the country of destination including tracking, insurance and destination taxes. The final payment for shipping will be requested prior to the shipment of your commissioned artwork. You will be given 48hrs to respond. If you fail to make the final payment within the allotted time, your commission will be listed for sale on our website.
Cancelation & Refunds
Due to material cost and the nature of the artists process we do not offer refunds in the event that the client does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork. Once the first deposit has been made, you are responsible for paying the artist in full for the entirety of the commissioned artwork regardless of project fulfillment or delivery.
